Digital Marketing Certification
I received a certificate from UNC Charlotte for completing a course in Digital Marketing Science to further equip my skill set with the necessary tools to create data driven campaigns that drive the results my clients want. During my class in digital Marketing I received credentials in Google Paid Search Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot Email Marketing.
Undergraduate Education
I graduated from East Carolina University with my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and Choreography. During my time at ECU I was an access scholar, Spring 2020 Undergraduate Research Award recipient and graduated cum laude. I was also an active member in multiple organizations and held leadership roles such as House Manager for Phi Mu Fraternity and Vice President of the Dance Science Club.

Oak Island offers many dog-friendly activities and restaurants all year to include your pup in the vacation fun. We have over 150 dog-friendly properties for you to choose from. Your pup is welcome on the beach year-round, but please look over the Town of Oak Island’s ordinances to familiarize yourself with when dogs are required to be leashed on our beaches. Providing discounts and contributing to charitable causes such as the Wounded Warrior Project are significant initiatives for our company. We recognize the importance of supporting our military community and are proud to offer a 10% Military Discount on select properties as part of our commitment. This discount underscores our appreciation for the service and sacrifices made by military personnel and their families.
To benefit from this discount on a qualified property, please call our main office before you book one of our vacation rentals to notify us. Please make sure to put the reservation under the service member’s name. This offer works as a rebate. Once you arrive, please have the service member stop by our main office during your vacation to show their military ID or exit form to our front desk so we can refund 10% off the base rental back to the card we have on file. Impactful Achievements
I assisted the IT manager in spearheading the launch of the customer service app, Dack, for Better Beach Rentals & Sales. I routinely meet with local businesses to create partnerships to advertise them on the app. I also revitalized copy and visual content for the app.
I submitted an application to the Southport-Oak Island chamber for Better Beach Rentals and Sales for the 2024 Customer Service of the Year Award, which we won and have been able to use in our marketing efforts since.
Since I was promoted to the position of Marketing Director, Better Beach Rentals has won two People’s Choice Awards via Brunswick Marketplace for Best Vacation Rentals in 2024 and 2025 .
I routinely attend networking events for Better Beach Rentals through the Southport-Oak Island Chamber of commerce, which has lead to partnerships with other local companies, as well as strengthen community relations.
